What is Boudha Retreats?

Boudha Retreats is a place for healing and strengthening the body and mind. By choosing to be more conscious in day-to-day life our programs are supporting people to achieve holistic well-being. We are looking forward to enhancing the lifestyle where yoga, meditation are complementary and are the ways to create a healthy and happy life.

How did it all start?

We started in 2015 after realizing so much can be done in the dynamics of mind and body to be healthy and happy in the day to day life. The practices should find their way to people’s homes was our mission. So we are also planning to teach our courses online in days to come and whereas educating people about its value is also equally important.

What are our programs?

We are the organizer of Yogaksha Retreat which combines the important aspects of yoga and Akasha Healing combined to get the most benefit out of the process. People who have joined us have given us some of the most valuable reviews about how it felt to be part of the Retreat.

What is our mission?

The mission is really to play a vital role in developing the awareness in individuals and society that our well-being lies in our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual state. We can become very good at managing them well once we realize that our key to well-being is in our hands.

Diplove Gautam

Over the last eight years, Diplove Gautam has been learning NLP(Neuro-linguistic programming), Akasha healing and empowerment system. I am also a certified Reiki Master healer. I have been assisting and helping people and groups find their outcomes in areas like Coaching, healing, and yoga. I have also got a chance to work with many people from different countries about their goals and sense of direction and many ways to align the personality towards achieving their goals.

Santoshi Rimal

A very accomplished healer and yoga teacher, Santoshi Rimal teach Asthanga yoga along with her healing background. She is also a full Initiator of Akasha healing and empowerment system. She also possesses expertise with NLP as the certified trainer of NLP. She is interested in helping people find their best outcome in yoga and healing-related endeavors, The early morning yoga classes are instructed and gently guided by her, she also is very careful regarding the instructions and positive feedback to empower the participants in the session.



We have simple Hatha yoga for beginners as hatha yoga focuses on exercises to loosening our joints and strengthening muscles of the body. It also helps to create flexibility in the body and helps the body to be in proper shape and health. The teachers will guide through the experience of the hatha yoga to experience the efficiency of yoga to mind, body, and immune system,

Our classes start early morning at 7:00 am at Boudhanath stupa circle in our own premises. We would like to welcome people at that time for joining our Hatha yoga classes.


We are also conducting Yogaksha retreat every month, this retreat focuses on mind, body, and Consciousness. It is a blend of yoga with akasha healing. It is With the purpose of bringing great experience in health and well-being through mindfulness, meditation, healing, and yoga. we empower the participants in the retreat to contemplate, re-think their goals and values. This retreat is designed to have a lot of takeaways in meditation, healing, and coaching which are helpful in day to day life of participants to maintain the work-life cycle in a balanced manner. All the queries and challenges during the process will be assisted and the participant would be easily guided to bring the revelation worth of having. So we welcome everyone to be part of this 1N/2Days retreat to bring the desired changes in life.


There is also a class of Asthanga yoga happening every morning, we teach Asthanga yoga as it is a very dynamic way of handling mind and body. The exercises or the Asanas are performed in rhythmic moments with breath and include sun-salutation, Triangular pose as well as vinyasa flow. This is the Rapid and intense yoga practice designed to enhance the dexterity of physical health. It is a course that takes time and practice before the proper flexibility is built and the body gets in balance. Asthanga yoga improves various health conditions and is very beneficial for physical and mental illness.  Our classes start every morning from 8:00 am to 9:15 am, we would like to see you in our session soon.
